Jill celebrated her life with Standing Room Only. She attended and directed her own Celebration of Life. Jill’s core belief that celebrating the good things in life, while she was in fact dying, would help her with new challenges and have her looking forward to her future, as uncertain as it might be. And, celebrate we did. With over 100 friends and family in attendance, Jill’s vast accomplishments were honored as tears and laughter rang through the halls. Story after story, instrumental music and beautiful choirs brought life into focus for Jill.
We are reminded to celebrate the small things, readjust our focus to see what the world is really like. Jill’s love of our planet was certainly a common thread in the dedications to Jill.
