D has been a long time fan of building relationships of LOVE, his mother Judy helped D honour that love. When D transitioned from home to hospice, The Living Wish Foundation, in their fluid movement, changed plans to suit the need in time. Thanks to volunteer Sam and her ability to “Think outside the Box”, D participated via ZOOM while his close family & pals enjoyed time together, sharing a few of his favourite things, D was served up with his favourites, balloons, chocolate milk and candy!!
