Meeting Jessica was a blessing to so many of us involved in her wish. Jessica lived her life for her boys and made no secret of that. Being in the presence of her son and daughter in law to be, in the very early days of wish planning, was an absolute joy. Her son was so excited to share the planning of the wedding and how all he and Jessica really wanted or needed was for her to remain well enough to be “present” for the ceremony. “No task is too large”, that became the mantra as our volunteers and hospital staff worked diligently to get Jessica there, in person!!
On the early hours of Aug 22nd 2023 Jessica witnessed the vows exchanged between one of her most precious jewels, as her son wed the love of his life, Jessica too beared witness- just as she had wished!
