26. Peace, comfort, and family connection...

Being connected to family at the end of life gives us a sense of belonging and unity. A request to close the gap of distance, to aid in the completion of the circle of life, and to grant a wish of visitation to a loved one gone before.

This, being one of the most meaningful yet simple requests allows The Living Wish Foundation to bring our patient home to be with her people.
